HexEdit+ works in full for 14 days free of charge. Please test the software on your own tasks and equipment before buying.
2.1. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.
2.2. The Licensor may refuse a refund in case of a breach of the License Agreement or obvious abuse (for example, repeated purchases and refunds of the same license).
2.3. These terms do not limit consumer rights granted by the laws of your country.
Write to info@hexeditplus.com from the e-mail used for the purchase: the license number (HXP-…) and the purchase date. If the reason is a technical problem, describe it (what happens, program version, Windows version) — we may be able to solve it.
The license terminates: the paid features must no longer be used and the license files must be deleted.
If the purchase was made through a payment service or reseller, the refund is processed through it. Its rules take precedence regarding the procedure and the timing of the credit.
